If we are going to talk about gender equality in the workplace, then I want to talk about combining work and family.
I struggled to find my feet again after returning to work as a new mom, and I ended up stepping back and eventually stepping out of corporate work. And I know I’m not alone. So many moms and dads share with me their daily challenges of combining work and family, and one of the outcomes of this is a big gap in gender equality.
